Shirley Provides Update on Davis Road Investigation

Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley confirmed this afternoon that the individual found deceased at a Davis Road residence on March 11 was 18-year-old Simon Barker, a resident at the Davis Road address. Shirley told WNEG News that investigators are waiting on autopsy results from the State lab before making any final determinations in the investigation. He indicated that two of Barker’s friends have cooperated with the investigation, but made no further comment, and no additional information is available at this point in the investigation.
