Mr. Patrick Wheeler, age 57, formally of Carnesville, Ga, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Services are planned for 1 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2024, at Cleveland Grove, Carnesville, Ga. There is a public viewing from 3 p.m.-6 p.m., Sunday, at Moss- Stovall- Neal Funeral Home, and from noon to funeral hour at the church on Monday.
