Upcoming Events for Political Parties

The Democrat and Republican parties are hosting upcoming events.

All boaters are invited to attend the “LAKE HARTWELL ‘TRUMP’ BOAT PARADE” this Saturday.  Parade starts at Hartwell Dam at 11:00 am and will go up the lake to the Harbor Light Marina under I-85 and some on to Tugaloo State Park.  Organizers are asking for you to fly your Trump flags and they have a goal for a boat parade record of 3000  boats.

The Stephens County Democrats will be having their regular meeting a week from Saturday on September 12^th at Henderson Falls Park at 10 A.M. Speakers will include 9^th District Chair and State Senate Candidate June Krise, District 4 candidate for Public Service Commission Daniel Blackmon, and District 1 candidate for Public Service Commission Robert Bryant.
