TSC Chamber holds Ribbon Tying for The Promethean Clinic

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce celebrated one of its newest members, The Promethean Clinic, with a ribbon tying ceremony.

On Thursday, a large group met at the new clinic, located at 45 Doyle Street, for the ceremony.

Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce President Julie Paysen explained the significance of a ribbon tying ceremony and how it differs from the familiar ribbon cutting ceremony.

“It represents a community surrounding a local business in support of the services it provides,” she said.

The Promethean Clinic is owned by Dr. Jennifer Harper.

Harper says they offer a variety of services.

“I specialize in electro neuro muscular therapy, so we integrate machines with muscular therapy and regenerative after trauma. I also do esthetics so we can integrate spa treatments or facials with muscular treatment for things like lunch-time face lifts, or microdermabrasion, we can help with everything from acne to aging and everything in between. So, the full spectrum from teenage years to elderly years,” Harper said.
