Mize says, Dellinger then attempted to conceal a pipe and a round container in his hand.

Dellinger refused to comply when asked to give the items to the officer, after being placed in handcuffs, it was found that the round container contained a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

Dellinger was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, obstruction of an officer and cited for no brake lights and no insurance.
