TOWN HALL POLITICAL FORUM – QUESTION 5 (Downtown Toccoa)
At the October 2 Toccoa-Stephens County/WNEG Town Hall Political Forum, each of the six candidates for seats on the Toccoa City Commission were asked a series of eight questions. Each candidate was asked the same eight questions.

Is the health of “downtown” Toccoa integral to the overall health of Toccoa as a whole, and do you believe that funds from the City budget should be earmarked for spending to enhance the downtown district?
