Toccoa man arrested for DUI following motorcycle crash

A Toccoa man has been arrested for allegedly Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident Tuesday, December 14.

According to a report released by the Georgia State Patrol, 54-year-old Anthony Lee Flemming was driving his black 2008 Ducati Hyper 1100 motorcycle east on Rock Creek Road negotiating a curve.

He failed to maintain his lane, traveled off the north shoulder of the roadway, and overturned onto its side.

Flemming was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was transported to the Stephens County Detention Center.

Flemming has been charged with DUI, riding without a helmet, driving on wrong license, no insurance, and failure to maintain lane.
