Toccoa Little League Sandlot All-Stars Advance-Rookie Team Eliminated

The Toccoa Sandlot All-Stars eliminated East Athens 10-4 in the Sectionals at Holland Park in Athens on Monday night.

Toccoa will now face Martinez Evans Little League American in an elimination game tonight at 8:15 P.M. MELL American defeated Toccoa in the first meeting between the two 17-6 on Saturday. A win by Toccoa would move them into the semi-final tomorrow night. Franklin County has advance to the semi-final and will face Oconee County tonight at 6 P.M.

The Toccoa Rookie All-Stars team fell to Franklin County 12-11 in an elimination game. Toccoa, the District 7 Champions, lost earlier in the tournament falling to Athens 15-3 on Sunday.
