The City of Toccoa Recognizes Employees for Years of Service

Recently, the city handed out its annual Service Awards at a ceremony to honor the dedication of employees.

Receiving awards for 25 years of service to the city of Toccoa were Jamie Davis, who works in the Fire Department; Mark Knox, who works in the Fire Department; Eddie Neal, who works in the Police Department; Angela Pinkston, who works in accounting; and Daniel Taylor, who works in the Water Department. 

Chuck Watson was recognized for 20 years of service in the Fire Department.

Brian Donaldson with the Public Works Department and Johnny Taylor with the Water Department were both honored for their 15 years of service. 

Receiving awards for 10 years of service were Toccoa Police Chief Jimmy Mize and Toccoa Police Sergeant Kevin Griffin; and Steven Rudesal, Mike Leverette and Jeff Bolman, all with the Gas Department.

Five year awards were presented to Keith Crawford (Utilities), Monica Crawford (Utilities Billing), Sheilah English (Finance), Danny Farmer (Public Works), Samuel Greer (Fire Department), Nicales Niel (Fire Department), Jeremy Sanders (Wastewater), Brian Skvarka (Main Street), Cody Smith (Fire Department), and Gerald Williamson (Golf Pro Shop).
