TFC Basketball Back in Action

Toccoa Falls College’s basketball teams are back in action following the holiday break.

The men’s team played three region games in Florida last week.

The Eagles topped Johnson of Florida 69-49 and Trinity College 56-47, but fell in overtime at Trinity Baptist 66-61.

Meanwhile, the TFC women’s basketball team traveled to Wesleyan College and Trinity Baptist College for its games last week.

The Lady Eagles won at Wesleyan 62-61, but were defeated at Trinity Baptist in overtime by a 68-64 score.

This week, the Lady Eagles hosted Georgia Northwestern Tech and Covenant College’s JV team.  We do not have scores yet on those games.

Tonight, the Eagles host Pensacola Christian College at 7 p.m. and Piedmont International will play at Toccoa Falls Saturday at 4 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Lady Eagles will host Piedmont International Saturday at 2 p.m.
