Stroud to serve another 5-year term on the Stephens County Planning Commission

The Stephens County Board of Commissioners nominated Scott Stroud for another 5-year term on the Stephens County Planning Commission during its regular scheduled meeting last week.

Stephens County Administrator Phyllis Ayers told the board that Stroud was interested in serving another term.

Commissioner James Addison made the motion nominating Stroud to a new term.

The motion was approved unanimously.

Stroud’s new term will expire in March 2025.

The Stephens County Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Historic Courthouse.
