Stephens County Walk to End Alzheimer’s coming up

The Stephens County Walk to End Alzheimer’s is coming up.

The walk will be held on Sunday, November 14 starting at First Baptist Church of Toccoa, on East Tugalo Street.

The event is still a few weeks away, but Team Captain Lisa Lawson encourages listeners to organize their teams.

She says, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the largest annual fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Your donation will help provide care and support to those facing Alzheimer’s and all forms of dementia.

Lawson says nearly everyone has been affected by Alzheimer’s.

She says you can sign up online at visittoccoa.com.

Again, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s is Sunday, November 14^th starting at 2 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Toccoa.
