Stephens County Lady Indian pitcher named to 1st team

Stephens County Lady Indian pitcher Emma Whitfield has been named to the First Team of the Class AAAA All-State Softball Team.

Fellow Region 8-AAAA pitcher, Emily Perrin of Jefferson, also made First Team.

Oconee County infielder Hannah Patridge was named to the Second Team.

Savannah Sikes of Chapel Hill was named Player of the Year and Hannah George of Northside Columbus was named Pitcher of the Year, according to the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association.
