Stephens County Hospital’s Lobby Grill is Open for Business

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce recently held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Stephens County Hospital’s Lobby Grill.

The Lobby Grill was once a central hub throughout the community; however, as the hospital’s financials dropped into the red, the Lobby Grill was closed in August of last year.

Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Roger Forgey, the Lobby Grill has been leased to Linda Adams and re-opened.

During the ribbon cutting, Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce President Julie Paysen welcomed and congratulated Adams on her recent endeavor and investment in Toccoa and Stephens County.

“Back by popular demand the Lobby Grill is open. We just want to thank you, Linda, for listening to the community and investing in and supporting Toccoa and Stephens County and our Chamber of Commerce,” Paysen said.

Adams told WNEG News about the new Lobby Grill and some of the items they offer.

“We have burgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese steak, you know the usual grill foods. Pretty much, if I can cook it on that grill, then you can get it. We’re open 7 days a week from 10 (a.m.) til 8 (p.m.). Come see us, and try it out. We’ll be looking for [you to come see us],” Adams said.

Again, the Lobby Grill is open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
