Stephens County Hospital Provides Gifts to Local Center

The Stephens County Hospital Employee Activities Committee recently hosted a toy, clothing and food Drive for the community. Stephens County Hospital’s Joley Strickland tells WNEG News that three vehicles full of Toys, Clothes, and other gifts departed the hospital on Monday bound for Faith’s Powerhouse-the child advocacy and sexual assault center in Toccoa. Strickland says the staff of the hospital came together in the spirit of the season to provide gifts for those facing challenging times. This year the Hospital was able to provide 17 families with Christmas gifts.  Strickland says Stephens County Hospital hopes to make this a longstanding tradition that embodies the motto of Stephens County Hospital and caring for the community.
