Stephens County Government will no longer offer virtual option to attend meetings

Stephens County government has announced that moving forward the dial-in option to attend all Stephens County government meetings will no longer be available.

According to County Clerk Beth Rider the goal is to return to normal practices that were established before the COVID-19 pandemic began.

She says the Stephens County Board of Commissioners and the Stephens County Planning and Zoning Board meetings will no longer be teleconferenced or offer the option to attend these meetings virtually.

Again, moving forward, all Stephens County Government meetings will not offer a dial-in option for residents to virtually attend meetings.
