Season Six of Night at the Ritz starts on September 23 with magician Ken Scott

Main Street Toccoa has announced that season six of the Night at the Ritz series will begin on September 23.

According to Historic Ritz Theatre General Manager Tami Mayhugh, its time to grab your calendars, mark the dates, and get ready to spend a night, or two, at the Ritz.

She says, Season Six of the Night at the Ritz series kicksoff on Friday, September 23, at 7:00 p.m. with magician Ken Scott.

Then, local bluegrass legend, Edgar Loudermilk and his band make their way to the Ritz on October 22. In November, Mayhugh says, a favorite from 2019, Bennie Wheels, brings his Walkin’ the Line Tribute to Johnny Cash back to the theatre.

She says they have two shows in December to celebrate the holidays: a live radio theatre production of It’s a Wonderful Life and Silver Belles: A Classic Country Christmas concert with Katie Deal.

Mayhugh says tickets for shows as part of the Night at the Ritz series are $10 for adults and children under 12 and students with an I.D. are just $5.

She says the Katie Deal concert will be in collaboration with the Friends of the Ritz, Inc. and will serve as their last fundraiser of 2022.

Tickets for Silver Belles: A Classic Country Christmas are $20 each.

Mayhugh says the list of shows for 2023 is still being finalized.

Tickets for all shows may be purchased online at www.ritztheatretoccoa.com, www.eventbrite.com, or at the box office night of show.
