SCRO will complete Logic and Accuracy testing on Tuesday

The Stephens County Registrar’s Office will complete its Logic and Accuracy Testing on the voting equipment to be used in the November 3 General Election on Tuesday.

According to Stephens County Deputy Registrar April Roberts before each election the Registrar’s Office completes a test on all the equipment to ensure their accuracy.

Roberts says the public is invited to oversee the Logic and Accuracy Testing.

Initially the Logic and Accuracy Testing was slated to be held on Thursday, September 17; however, the Secretary of State’s Office was delayed in sending out the Election Data Package for the test, so the Registrar’s Office had to postpone the testing until Tuesday, September 29.
