SCMS Soccer-Baseball Results

The Stephens County Middle School girls soccer team tied for the 4th time this season on Tuesday night this time matching Franklin County Middle School 1-1 at the Stephens County Recreation Department field. Gris Perez scored off of a corner kick assist from Malia Mangiapane. Abby Mills saved several close calls as goalie. The SCMS girls soccer team is now 5-1-4.

The Stephens County Middle School boys soccer team fell in a close one 2-1 to Franklin County Middle School. Colton Bartmas scored the goal for the Rebels. The SCMS boys soccer team is now 2-7-1.

It was a tough day for the Rebels baseball team on Tuesday falling to Elbert County Middle School 6-0. The Rebels had only 2 hits in the game and committed 7 errors. Colby Fowler and Ben Stowe had one hit each, and Patrick Murray pitched 5 innings and struck out 6.
The Rebels baseball team’s record is now 4-5.
