SCHS Tennis teams sweep Commerce Tigers

The Stephens County High School tennis teams swept the Commerce Tigers at home Wednesday afternoon.  The Lady Indians won by a match score of 4 to 1.

Winning singles matches for the Stephens County girls were Madison Rogers, Ali Wilson and Gabbi Boyd.

Jayley Anderson and Kaylin Snyder won at number 1 doubles.

This win improves the Lady Indians overall season record to 8 & 3.

The Indian boys won a nail-biter 3 to 2 over Commerce.

Carson Keener won the only singles match at number 2 singles and Levi Dodd & Jacob Struble as well as Troy Broska & Andrew Burtt won their doubles contests.

The win improves the Indian boys overall season record to 8 & 3. Stephens County’s next match is tonight at home against White County.
