SCHS Indians to host Madison County tonight in High School Football

The Stephens County Indians will host the Madison County Red Raiders in high school football action tonight at The Reservation.

Kickoff will be at 7:30.

The Indians are coming off a come-from-behind victory at Jackson County last Friday, 24 to 10, to improve their record at 2 & 1.

The Red Raiders defeated Apalachee last Friday, 21 to 10, and they come to the Reservation with a 1 & 1 record.

Stephens County lost a close game at Danielsville last year to the Red Raiders, 35 to 33.

Last year’s game was a region contest, but this year Madison County remained in 8-AAAA while the Indians dropped down to 8-AAA.

Last night on the Crunch Time radio program, Stephens County’s Defensive Line Coach, Brad Whitfield, says his defense will face an experienced Madison County offense tonight.
