SCHS Indians Football Team will scrimmage against Cherokee Bluff tonight at the Reservation

The Stephens County Indians football team will conclude 2 weeks of spring practice with a scrimmage game tonight at The Reservation.

The Indians will scrimmage against Cherokee Bluff High School from Flowery Branch.

Game time will be 6:30 tonight.

Stephens County decided to have spring practice and spring game for the first time since 2019 to allow the players to get some practice in full pads.

It also allows the coaches to evaluate the players in game-type action, which will be especially helpful due to the large number of new players that will see varsity action this coming season.

Indian Head Coach Wesley Tankersley says spring practice has gone well.

Admission to tonight’s scrimmage game will be $3.  Pre-sale tickets can be purchased through GoFan.com—go to the stephenscountyathletics.com website for more information.

Tickets will also be sold at the gate.

Concessions will also be available at tonight’s game.
