Saturday’s book signing will feature a Toccoa author

A Toccoa woman who recently penned her first novel will celebrate the completed copy this weekend at the Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library with a Book Signing.

The author, Leya Delray, will be signing copies of her book “Where Daffodils Bloom,” she will also give an in-depth presentation on the background story behind the novel, and she will also discuss her own writing and researching process.

Also, Delray will read excerpts from her novel.

Delray tells WNEG News that so far the response to her novel has been tremendous.

“The response has been really great. I’ve shipped copies all over the country and a few in Europe. Everyone seems to really enjoy the book. On Saturday, I’ll be reading parts of the book, and presenting some of the back-story that inspired the novel. And of course I’ll be signing copies,” Delray said.

The book signing begins Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

The Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library is located at 53 West Savannah Street, Toccoa.
