Residents can begin sponsoring children registered for TSA’s Angel Tree Program

Residents wishing to sponsor a child in the Toccoa Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program can do so beginning today.

According to Social Worker Brenda Gragg with the Toccoa Salvation Army, this year, residents who would like to provide gifts for children at need a link is available at saangeltree.org, where you can select a child to buy gifts for and print a list of their sizes and most wanted gifts.

For anyone who doesn’t have access to a computer can call the Salvation Army of Toccoa at 706-886-5293 to request information on a child.

Last year, the Salvation Army of Toccoa provided Christmas presents to 700 kids in Toccoa-Stephens County.

Gragg says they expect to have at least 700 kids registered this year.
