Public’s help sought in fugitive case

Oconee County, SC officials are asking for the public’s help to find a Walhalla man wanted for a number of break-ins.

26-year old Timothy Moses Souden of Pine Manor Circle in Walhalla is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on seven outstanding arrest warrants including, one count of Grand Larceny, three counts of Petit Larceny and three counts of Breaking into a Motor Vehicle.

Souden is described as a black male, 5’8” tall, weighing 170lbs.

The Grand Larceny charge stems from a July incident in which a white 2004 Ford Ranger single cab pickup truck was taken from a home in Seneca.

The charges of Petit Larceny and Breaking into a Motor Vehicle stem from three separate vehicle break-ins.

The first took place on Silo Alley near Seneca on July 19th where Souden allegedly broke into a Silvarado and took multiple items, including a firearm.

The other two auto break-ins happened on August 22 and 28th in the Lake Keowee area.

Souden is also a person of interest in a case in which a 2000 Mercedes Benz SUV was taken from a home in Seneca and later recovered in Spartanburg County.
