NGTC offering new summer hours for prospective students

North Georgia Technical College is offering new summer hours on Fridays for prospective students interested in enrolling in fall semester classes.

The new summer hours started on Friday, June 2, in the Clegg building on the Clarkesville campus and will now be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for students interested in receiving information on admissions, financial aid and other new student services.

The new Friday hours will be in effect during the months of June, July and August.

The college will be closed on Friday, July 7.

Fall semester begins Aug. 21, and the priority application deadline is Aug. 7. Students needing financial assistance are encouraged to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, and apply for NGTC Foundation scholarships before July 24 for fall semester.
