NGTC Club Hosting School Supplies Drive

North Georgia Technical College’s Phi Beta Lambda club is having a school supplies drive at the Clarkesville and Currahee campuses.

According to the PBL adviser Tim Green, the club does a community service project every year.

The school supplies drive is going on through August 31 and the supplies will be given to 1^st and 2^nd graders in Stephens County.

After the deadline, the club will bring the supplies to school counselors and they will distribute to children in need.

Donation boxes can be found on both the Clarkesville and Currahee campuses.

The supplies list includes:

Boxes of Kleenex brand tissue, folders with pockets, Mead wireless subject notebooks, packages of wide ruled loose leaf notebook paper, scissors, pencils, boxes of 16 o 24 crayons, glue sticks, clipboard, highlighter and pencil box.
