Mrs. Velma Warren Brown Ridley, age 88 of Toccoa, Ga. passed away August 2, 2023 in Dayton, OH. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Charles White officiating. Interment will follow in Toccoa City Cemetery.
