Ms. Ruth L. Mayfield, age 96 of Spring Street in Toccoa GA passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 at Toccoa Nursing Home. Private graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Toccoa City Cemetery.
