Mrs. Peggy Roland Minchew, age 81, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at her home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed.  Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.
