Mr. Luther Steadman Rousey, age 61 of Toccoa, passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020 at his residence.Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020 at the Toccoa City Cemetery on Falls Rd. in Toccoa.
