Mr. Leo Chester Lehman

Around midnight on August 17, 2021, Mr. Leo Chester Lehman, age 89, of Toccoa, eased into his new, eternal life, into the presence of God his Father and in the company of Jesus his Savior.

Born July 24, 1932 in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of the late Victor and Edith Shank Lehman.

He was a member of the Toccoa First Alliance Church and was a retired house painter.

Family members include his son and daughter-in-law, Sheldon and Kelly Lehman of Toccoa; daughters and sons-in-law, Norma Pattington of Walnut Creek, CA, Julie and Hal Suttles of Navarre, FL, and Angela and Selby Brannon of Powell, OH; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Horst Lehman; son-in-law, Meader Pattington; and brothers, Harold Lehman of Hagerstown, MD, and Emmitt Lehman of Lancaster, PA.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 12noon until the service hour.

A memorial service will be held at One o’clock, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary.

Inurnment will be at Roselane Cemetery Mausoleum.
