Mr. Fred J. Stowers, age 60 of Hwy. 123, Toccoa, GA passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Monday March 30, 2020 at Toccoa City Cemetery with Pastor Damion Hutchins officiating.

Viewing will be Sunday, March 29, 2020 from 3 until 6:00 pm.
