Mr. Eddie Parks Jr., age 58 of West Spring Street, Toccoa, Ga passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Stephens County Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Toccoa, Ga with Pastor Charles White, officiating. Interment will follow in the Toccoa City Cemetery.
