Mr. Carl Mayfield, age 78 of Lavonia, Ga passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Nancy Hart Nursing Center in Elberton, Ga.  Funeral service plans will be announced later by Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home of Toccoa, Ga.
