Monica’s Balloon celebrates opening

Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce and area citizens recently welcomed Monica’s Balloon Decor & More  to the community with a celebration held on August 24.

Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce President Julie Paysen opened the celebration talking about the good reviews the business has already received, and welcomed the business’  owners Monica and Luther Frierson to the community, and as new members of the Chamber.

Monica Frierson described how she turned her love of birthday parties, and her experience planning parties for their six children, into a business.

Luthar mentioned that they do customizations for balloons and can provide backdrops.
