Love Light at Stephens County Hospital, tonight

It’s Love Light time again at Stephens County Hospital.

Love Light is the annual fundraising campaign organized by the Stephens County Hospital Auxiliary.

The Hospital Auxiliary comes under the umbrella of the Stephens County Hospital Foundation.

Each year, the Love Light campaign culminates with the Love Light tree lighting ceremony.

This year, that event takes place tonight at 7 p.m. in the Stephens County Hospital cafeteria.

Stephens County Hospital Foundation Director Pamela Jones told WNEG News about this year’s event.

Jones said quote ds“This year marks the 36^th anniversary of the Love Light Campaign and Tree Lighting Ceremony. Thus far, the Auxiliary has purchased over $646,000 in equipment through the Love Light Campaign with 2017 purchases totaling $40,296.”

The public is invited to attend the Love Light tree lighting ceremony.

Donations given to the Love Light campaign go to help purchase equipment for Stephens County Hospital.

Jones says fundraising has gone well for this year’s Love Light campaign.

Donations for Love Light are taken year round.
