Lester Franklin “Frank” Cash

Lester Franklin “Frank” Cash, 86, of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, at his home.

Born September 6, 1936, in Toccoa, GA, he was the son of the late Judge Lester and
Naomi Rebecca Patrick Cash. A member of a family of 15 he is survived by 3 sisters. He
was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation. He was a volunteer
Woodmen, and an avid fisherman and rabbit hunter. He was a member of Double
Branches Baptist Church where he had served as a deacon.

Survivors include his wife Annie Wright Cash; children, Debbie (Pat) Franks, Johnny
(Rita) Cash, Mary (Ricky) Gray, and Michael (Jennifer) Cash all of Lavonia, and
Kenneth (Christina) Cash, of Royston; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1
great-great-grandchild; three sisters, Betty Wright, Canon, Jean Youngblood Toccoa, and
Opal Colston, Taylorsville, GA; and sister-in-law Alva Cash, Toccoa.

Services will be Wednesday at 2pm at Double Branches Baptist Church with Rev. Nate
Buner. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.

The body is at Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville. The family is at the home and will
receive friends from 6 until 8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Condolences may
