Law Enforcement Still Searching for Two Involved in Drug Operation

Local law enforcement as well as the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement office are still searching for two individuals who are wanted for their involvement with the drug trafficking operation that was recently busted.

Last week, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office, Habersham County Sherriff’s Office and ARDEO shut down the operation being run by Donna Beard and Amber Nulls, both of Stephens County.

The investigation went on for 8 months and on July 28, a traffic stop was conducted on two of the suppliers. This led to law enforcement conducting 10 search warrants and making 28 arrests of members, suppliers and/or customers of the operation. However, two individuals, identified as Luke Norton and Lisa “Butterfly” Smith have still not been located.

If anybody has information of their current location, call ARDEO at 706-348-7410, Stephens County Sheriff’s Office at 706-779-3911, or the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office at 706-778-3911.
