Latest DPH Report-One Less Death in Stephens Due to Covid-19

The latest Covid-19 report from DPH has one less death for Stephens County.

The Georgia Department of Public Health is now reporting a total of 45 deaths and 1,445 positive cases of Covid-19  in Stephens County since the beginning of the global pandemic.

The latest report was released Tuesday afternoon.

The latest report has Habersham County with one additional death for a total of 78 and a total of 2,213 positive cases of the virus, 28 more than the report on Monday.

In other neighboring counties, Hart County is still reporting 20 deaths and now 701 cases, Franklin County is still  reporting 19 deaths and now 1,130 positive cases, Rabun County is still  reporting 11 deaths and now 552 cases, and Banks County is still reporting 11 deaths, and now 714 cases.

The Department of Public Health is now reporting a total of 408,644 cases around the state, of those, 34,268 have been hospitalized, and 8,648 have died from complications of the virus.
