Indians Place Five on Region-8 1st Team

The Stephens County Indians football team placed a total of 18 players on the 8-AAA All-Region Team.

Vanderbilt signee Gamarion Carter and Walker Thomason made 1^st Team Offense, Vadole Fleming and Jahari Burns were named 1^st Team Defense, and Kenny Colwell was 1^st Team punter.

Ben Stowe, William Rudeseal, Cam Lacy, and Corey Ibrahim made 2^nd Team Offense. Kyle Watson, Javian Hightower, and Bryson Trimier made 2^nd Team Defense.

Ethan Westmoreland, Kalik Sullivan, Quanan Martin, Kelton Cade, Zhy Perry, and Corey Ritchie were named Honorable Mention.

Region champ Oconee County led the team with West Weeks as Player of the year; Jake Johnson, Offensive Player of the Year, and Justin Coleman, Defensive Player of the Year.
