Indian Boys Win 4th Straight

The Stephens County Indians boys basketball team won their 4th straight game Tuesday night defeating Rabun County 56-41 in Tiger.

The Indians led throughout the contest, leading by nine at the half, and 10 after three quarters.

Kenny Colwell led the Indians in scoring with 18 points. Tyrese Mackie added 12 points and Corey Richie 11 for the Indians.

Connor McKay led Rabun County with 19 points.

The Indians were outstanding at the free throw line making 17 on 20 attempts.

The win improve the Indian Boys to 4-2 on the season. The Wildcats fall to 0-3.

The girls contest was postponed until a later date.

The Stephens County Indian boys return to the hard wood on Friday when they travel to Elbert County.
