Hart County Girls and Boys Headed to State Final

The Hart County girls and boys basketball teams will play for AAA state championships.

The Hart County boys defeated Dawson County 71-56 on Saturday and will now face Region-8 AAA rival Morgan County for the title on Thursday in Macon. Morgan County defeated Hart County by 17 and 11 points in the 2 meetings this year.

The Hart County girls defeated Beach 62-58 in Saturday’s semi-final and will now face Johnson of Savannah for the state title on Thursday.
