In other North Georgia Youth Football Association news, the Stephens County 9 & Under Indians team were recognized on the NGYFA website for their community service actions earlier this fall. In September, the 9 & U Indians, along with coach Donquavious Cash, visited the Clary Center to read to and play games with the elderly residents.

According to the team’s recognition on the NGYFA website, Coach Cash’s mother, who works at the facility, had informed the team that a lot of people who live in the home don’t have family or friends who visit them, so the team decided to change that.
