Election Supervisor says voters can’t bring guns to the polls

Tuesday is Election Day in Stephens County.

Stephens County Election Supervisor Krista Terry is reminding voters that you cannot bring a lawful weapon into the polling precinct.

She says that while Georgia law no longer requires a concealed carry permit for lawful weapons carriers, there are still a few places that lawful weapons cannot be carried, and one of those is within 150 feet of a polling place.
