DPH Reports Four More Covid-19 Related Deaths in Habersham County

The latest report from the Georgia Department of Public Health shows Habersham County with four more deaths for a total now of 71, and 26 more positive cases and now 1,700 total positive cases of the virus.

DPH has Stephens County with 1,094 positive cases of the virus since the beginning of the global pandemic, and 38 deaths related to the virus.

The latest report was released Thursday afternoon.

In other neighboring counties, Rabun County is still reporting 10 deaths and now 366 cases, Hart County has had 13 deaths and 522 cases, Banks County is reporting 8 deaths and 498 cases, and Franklin County with 765 total positive cases and 13 deaths.

Across the state of Georgia, the Department of Public Health is now reporting a total of 319,334 cases, of those, 28,668 have been hospitalized and 7,063 have died from complications of the virus.
