3 Arrested for Possession of Meth

After a month-long investigation, on Wednesday, the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office and Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office were located at 277 Stone Brook Drive, in Demorest, Georgia to serve a search warrant and an arrest warrant for Griff Emory Allison, 22.

When law enforcement officials arrived, there was a vehicle located in front of Allison’s residence, which Allison was a passenger.

The driver was identified as Joshua Lee Saucier Jr., 23, of Talmo, Georgia.

Officers discovered a large quantity of Methamphetamine in the vehicle.

Allison was charged with two counts of sale of methamphetamine, possession of meth with the intent to distribute and possession of meth.

Saucier Jr. was charged with possession of meth with the intent to distribute and possession of meth.

Both Allison and Saucier were taken to Habersham County Jail.

On the same day, another search warrant and arrest warrant were served to Donald Carl Hibbs, 31, of Alto.

According to ARDEO investigators multiple purchases of meth were made at the residence.

Hibbs was at work in Hall County when authorities executed the search warrant at his Alto residence.

The Gainesville Police Department located Hibbs and located a quantity of meth on his person and was arrested.

Hibbs will have additional charges in Hall County.

Hibbs was charged with the sale of meth and violation of probation; he was taken to the Habersham County Jail.

Both investigations are still active and ongoing.
