Pruitt awarded Lifetime Achievement Award at annual Chamber of Commerce Awards Celebration

Last night, the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held its 73rd Annual Chamber Awards Celebration at Reflections at Lake Toccoa.

Becky Pruitt was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.

She tells WNEG News that she was humbled to receive this recognition.

The Chamber also recognized and awarded many others, including:

1st Franklin Financial that was awarded the Ben F. Cheek III Service and Professional Business of the Year award;

American Woodmark was awarded the L.P. “Bub” Greer Industry of the Year award;

Stephens County High School’s Future Farmers of America received the Agriculture Business of the Year award;

Bo Dotson of Pro-Line Supply was awarded the Young Professional of the Year award;

The Georgia Baptist Conference Center received the Promotion and Tourism Award;

Joni Scott and Bob Troup of Hammock Realty were the recipients of the Ferrell Morgan Entrepreneur of the Year award;

Leon Womack was awarded the Spirit of our Community Award, formerly known as the Senior of the Year award;

Lisa Thomas received the Volunteer of the Year award;

The Non-Profit of the Year award went to The Hope Center;

And, the Chairman Award was awarded to Tim Martin.
