The Toccoa-Stephens County Literacy Council is offering the Georgia Best Program. 76% of employers are willing to give preference to an applicant who has completed the Georgia Best Program–create a portfolio that includes a cover letter & resume; learn interviewing skills; social media ethics, and more in just 10 weeks. The program is offered free of charge beginning Wednesday, January 2nd from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon at the Toccoa-Stephens County Literacy Council Learning Center at 158 South Broad Street in Toccoa.
