Pancakes on the Porch at Traveler’s Rest Historic Site and Mark Warren

Traveler’s Rest Historic Site and the Friends of Traveler’s Rest will sponsor two events at the site on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

The first event, Pancakes on the Porch, will be from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. The Friends of Traveler’s Rest will serve a pancake breakfast during the event. Plates are $4.00 – $7.00.

The second event will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be a presentation by Mark Warren, who is an author and historian. He will discuss “The Ancient Ways of the Native Americans and How We Can Revive Them Today”.
